Mr. Hutton has over 20 years of business experience in finance and law.  He has worked with a variety of private and public companies as an accountant, financial analyst, contract administrator and auditor.  Mr. Hutton is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Fraud Examiner.

Mr. Hutton earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.  He earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles while working full-time as a CPA.  Mr. Hutton is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
